How to Use:

- Step 1 (Essence): After evening cleansing, apply the Step 1 essence to a dry face. Gently massage in circular motions and then press firmly with your palms to help the micro-needles settle. Expect a "prickly" or tingling sensation-this is normal.

- Step 2 (Mask): Immediately apply the Step 2 sheet mask. Leave it on for 10-20 minutes. The cooling essence will help calm the tingling from Step 1.

- Finish: Remove the mask and pat the remaining essence into the skin. Follow with a rich moisturizer to "seal" the moisture barrier.

- Frequency: Because of its high intensity, use this only once a week in your evening routine.

What to Avoid:

- Do NOT use with beauty devices. Avoid using LED masks, high-frequency wands, or ultrasonic scrubbers on the same night, as this can cause severe irritation.

- Avoid "Active" Overload. Do not use these pads in the same routine as high-strength Vitamin C, Retinol, or chemical peels (AHA/BHA). Use these on your "off" nights instead.

- Do not use on broken skin. Avoid areas with open wounds, weeping acne, or skin that has recently undergone dermatological procedures (wait at least 2 weeks).

- Protect from the Sun. The increased turnover makes your skin more sensitive to UV. Always wear SPF 50+ the next morning and throughout the week.
