How to Use:

- As the first or second step: Use this cleanser as the first step in your morning routine, or after an oil-based cleanser in the evening.

- Lather up: Take a small amount of the product into your wet hands. Gently rub your hands together to create a rich, dense foam.

- Massage gently: Massage the foam onto your damp face in gentle, circular motions for about 60 seconds.

- Rinse thoroughly: Rinse your face completely with lukewarm water, then pat your skin dry with a clean, soft towel.

What to Avoid:

- Harsh scrubbing: While this is a deep-cleansing foam, it's important to avoid aggressively scrubbing your face. The foam itself is designed to do the work, and using too much friction can lead to irritation and damage to your skin's barrier.

- Using very hot water: Avoid using very hot water to rinse your face, as this can strip the skin of its natural oils and moisture, counteracting the gentle nature of the cleanser.

- Using on broken skin: Do not use the cleanser on open wounds or areas with severe irritation.
