How to Use:

- Last Step of AM Routine: Apply as the final step of your morning skincare routine, after your moisturizer.

- Apply Generously: Dispense a sufficient amount (about a quarter teaspoon for the face) and spread it evenly over all areas exposed to the sun, including your neck and ears. Apply at least 15 minutes before going outdoors.

- Reapply: Reapply generously every two hours, or immediately after swimming, sweating heavily, or towel-drying, to maintain optimal protection.

What to Avoid:

- Insufficient Application: Do not use less than the recommended amount, as this significantly reduces the stated SPF and PA protection level.

- Neglecting Reapplication: Avoid relying on a single application for all-day protection, especially if you are outdoors or sweating. Consistent reapplication is vital.

- Mixing Directly with Makeup: While it works well under makeup, avoid mixing the sunscreen directly into your foundation or other products, as this can dilute the sun filters and compromise their effectiveness.
