How to Use:

What to Avoid:

- Immediate Daily Use: Begin with 1-2 times per week for the first few weeks, gradually increasing frequency as your skin tolerates it. Do not use daily until your skin is fully conditioned.

- Combining with Other Potent Actives: Do NOT use this serum on the same night as other strong exfoliants (AHAs/BHAs) or other retinoids. Alternate days is highly recommended.

- Skipping Sunscreen (Crucial): Retinal increases skin sensitivity to the sun. NEVER skip wearing a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) every morning while using this product, even if you are staying indoors.

- Use During Pregnancy/Breastfeeding: Retinoids are generally not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding; consult a doctor.
