How to Use:

  1. Step 1 (Reedle Shot 100): After cleansing, apply the ampoule evenly over the face. Gently massage and pat until fully absorbed. You will feel a mild "tingling" sensation this is the micro-needles activating your skin.
  2. Step 2 (Mask): Immediately apply the sheet mask. Leave it on for 10-20 minutes to allow the cooling and soothing ingredients to calm the skin and lock in moisture.
  3. Step 3 (Cream): Remove the mask and apply the cream to finish. Gently press into the face and neck to seal everything in.
  4. The Routine Frequency: The 100-level stimulation is mild enough for regular use, but for the best results, use it 2-3 times a week to allow your skin to recover and regenerate.

What to Avoid:

  1. Avoid using with high-concentration chemical exfoliants. Do not combine this system with strong AHA, BHA, or Vitamin C products in the same session to prevent over-stimulation.
