How to Use:

- The Top Mask: Unfold and apply to the upper half of the face, aligning with the eyes.

- The Bottom Mask: Position the central slit on the chin. Lift both ends and hook them over your ears. (Use the adjustable ear slits to find your preferred tension).

- The Lifting Band: Place the band under your chin, pull both sides upward, and secure them by overlapping at the top of your head.

- The Duration: Leave the system on for 20-30 minutes. Some users even wear the band over the mask for up to 8 hours (during sleep) for intensive de-puffing.

- The Finish: Remove everything and pat the remaining 28ml of essence into the face, neck, and chest.

What to Avoid:

- Avoid over-tightening the band. While you want a lift, the band should not be so tight that it causes pain or discomfort behind the ears.

- Don't skip the "ear hook." The bottom mask is specifically designed to stimulate lymph nodes behind the ears to help reduce swelling; skipping this reduces the mask's efficacy.

- Avoid using on irritated or broken skin. The high concentration of active peptides and NAD+ may cause tingling on compromised skin barriers.

- Don't store in hot environments. Bio-capsules and NAD+ are sensitive to heat; keeping these masks in the fridge can enhance the de-puffing "cryotherapy" effect.
