How to Use:

- Cleanse and Tone: After cleansing your face, apply your toner as usual to prep your skin.

- Apply Mask: Unfold the mask and carefully place it on your face, aligning the holes for the eyes, nose, and mouth.

- Relax: Leave the mask on for 10-20 minutes, allowing the essence to fully absorb into your skin.

- Remove and Pat: Discard the mask and gently pat any remaining essence into your skin until it is fully absorbed.There is no need to rinse your face.

- Always Use Sunscreen: When using this product, it is absolutely crucial to apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF30 or higher every morning, as retinol can increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun.

What to Avoid:

- Do a patch test: Before using the product all over your face, apply a small amount to an inconspicuous area like your inner arm to check for any adverse reactions.

- Do not over-soak: Avoid leaving the mask on for longer than the recommended time, as it can start to dry out and pull moisture from your skin.

- Do not use on broken skin: Do not apply the mask to open wounds, severely irritated, or compromised skin.

- Not for daily use: It is an intensive treatment and should only be used 1-2 times a week.
